Cordata is a neighborhood of Bellingham, Washington, which is quickly becoming one of the most desirable areas of town in which to live. Cordata is home to Whatcom Community College, Bellis Fair Mall, and Cordata Place Community Center, all of which add to the appeal of this ideal location. To accomodate those interested in moving to Cordata, a number of new housing developments have been built recently, with plans for more in the near future.
